CGQ® provides AI content quality measurement and certification services, including:

• CGQ® Score — content quality assessment
• CGQ® Audit — detailed content analysis
• CGQ® Certification — quality verification for agencies and tools

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

When you register for our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

CGQ® Trademark: CGQ® and Contextual Glyph Query are registered trademarks in the European Union. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Specification: The CGQ® specification is released under Apache License 2.0. Commercial use of the CGQ® certification mark requires a license agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent CGQ® certification status
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our trademarks without authorization

6. Payment Terms

For paid services (CGQ® Audit, CGQ® Certification), payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Certification Terms

CGQ® Certification is granted for a specified period and may be revoked if:

• Content quality falls below certification thresholds
• Certification badge is misused
• Annual renewal fees are not paid

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City], Germany.
